Sales Manager workflows

Playbooks for the sales manager role, in roughly the order you'd hit them.

Your playbooks

Set Up Your Sales Process — Configure sources, pools, stages, tags, and call tags — the foundation everything else builds on.
Bulk Import Leads — Upload a formatted Excel file to add multiple leads at once and fix any import errors before they reach agents.
Work the Approvals Queue — Clear the daily backlog of data-change requests, pending financial transactions, and retired leads.
Assign, Reassign, and Unassign Leads — Get leads in front of the right agent when distributing, rebalancing, or reclaiming workloads.
Review Agent Calls — Listen to call recordings, rate performance, and log structured feedback.
Set Targets, Commission, and Leaderboard — Give agents measurable goals, attach commission plans, and publish a team leaderboard.

Work a Fresh Lead Through to First Deposit — your part: approving the deposit at the end of the lead journey.
Raise a Deposit on a Lead's Behalf — your part: approving or rejecting the agent-raised deposit request.
Request a Lead from a Pool — your part: configuring which pools agents can draw from and setting daily request limits.
Keep Leads from Being Auto-Retired — your part: setting the inactivity threshold and reassigning leads that have already been retired.
Take a Complaint Through to Resolution — your part: reviewing escalated complaints and approving the final resolution.
Onboard Staff & Manage HR — your part: onboarding agents onto your team and managing their leave and attendance records.
